Day 67 - Garden Polish. Failed!

Day 67 - Well, hello. It's Monday. Who's with me when I say "Mondays are for the birds?" Is it me or does Monday feel daunting & overwhelming? I thought it would only be appropriate to post a nice juicy failed post.

I have always wanted to be a lady who keeps her nails in tip top shape. The cool girl with the cool girl nails. The, well, polished look. 

Notice The Sticker On Left On The Bottom Of The Green Bottle? 

Today, I tried to create "Garden Polish" for the 67th day's post. It was suppose to be a Monet inspired nail design for spring. What came out was more like "Create Blobby." or "Inspire Cataracts." Ug. Let's take a look at this failed attempt at "Garden Polish." First, it starts off promising.

One Painted Nail Looks Ok. I think.

Now This Is Where It Goes South. Showing How To Put On the "Blobs."

Skipped A Couple Of Steps. Forgot to Photograph The Sequence. Went Straight To Showing How To Add More "Blobs."

Now The Nails Are Done. Here I Am Realizing It Might Be A Fail. I Don't Give Up. There's More.

Maybe If I Photograph It In A Fun Way I Can Save It? Notice The Nice Scab On My Finger? Gorgeous!

Well, now that I have shown my fail, let's see yours. Today's project is to think about any project you attempted and then failed. Pull out your note book and write down why you think it went south. When creating, it's always good to know why things work and why things don't. For me, this project failed because I didn't take my time.
