Day 92 - Quitting Thyme.

Day - 92 Hey Yo! It's Friday. After a long week, doesn't it sound delicious to turn up the tunes at 5pm and mix up a full-of-flavor cocktail? Well, I'm going to keep today's post short and sweet so we all can start sipping this refreshing "Quitting Thyme" cocktail ASAP. Only after our TSP reports are turned in of course. Wink. Wink.

Invite over your coworkers (or not) and let's get creating a mixing folks!

Quitting Thyme Cocktail

Makes 1- 6oz drink

  • 1/2 cup fresh squeeze lemon juice
  • 5-3" sprigs of thyme
  • 1-4.25 oz can of sardines in oil
  • 2oz Blanco Tequila
  • 6- ice cubes

Step 1: Blend lemon juice, 4 sprigs of thyme and sardines in blender till smooth.

Step 2: Strain out the fish bones and parts. Place remaining slurry directly into the cocktail shaker.

Step 3: Add ice, tequila, lid and shake for about a minute.

Step 4: Serve over ice. Garnish with thyme.

 Yum! Sardines & Tequila! Barf.

Delicious. Sit back, relax and enjoy your April 1st cocktail.
