Week 3 - To Be Simple & Green Is To Be Happy.
With the start of the new year, some of us are trying to eat better. Maybe it's to shed a few holiday pounds, get beach ready or drive ourselves mad. Whatever the reason, nourishing ourselves seems to get more and more complicated every year. There are detox diets, clean eating plans, and important superfoods. There are spices for digestion, probiotics for intestines and tinctures to improve our skin. There are fat flushes, no sugar diets, and all week smoothie plans.
All these healthy eating systems seem overly complicated. Can eating be simple & green? Can it make us happy? I'm going to try it this week. How about you?
