Week 7 - Why It's Time To Do Yoga When You Are Grumpy.
Emotions can get the best of us. We can rely on other vices to soothe our aches and pains. We can have a drink, eat something sinful or partake in debauchery. However, sometimes we are just down right grumpy. It can feel like nothing will get us out of our funk. Nothing! That's when we need to turn to yoga. Yep, yoga. In just a few short poses, we can create a mind and body connection that will whisk the grumpy away. Here are "3 Poses That Improve Your Bad Mood."
Yoga is known to lower the stress hormone cortisol which can help reduce the moody emotions. I'm going to try a few poses today and try to get back to feeling better. How about you?
